I approached Kristina Nazin with a request to identify processes that could be automated, make our company more efficient, implement management tools, remove me as the owner from day-to-day operations, and develop a clear growth strategy.

During our collaboration, we’ve achieved our goals—I was able to exit day-to-day operations, we automated processes, and improved the company’s performance. I’ve changed as an owner and now understand what I’m responsible for and what my employees should handle. The team has also changed—goals are clearer, roles are more defined, and communication is faster. We’ve also made significant improvements in hiring, setting clear goals for new hires. As a result, we’ve grown in all key indicators, including turnover, margins, and employee retention. In 2020, profits grew by 130%, and while turnover in 2021 remained at the previous year’s level, we strengthened the team, added new product categories, gained new clients, and signed contracts with new suppliers.

What did like?

I’ve truly transformed as a manager and company owner. Today, I work in a completely different way—better planning, better organization, and better understanding of people. I’ve learned what to do today to improve the company’s financial health. We’ve focused on employee growth and training, which the team has embraced. We’ve overcome many challenges, but my strong desire to improve the company and Kristina’s team’s support helped us succeed.
