The main reason for reaching out to Simple Effective Management was that our company had hit a dead end in its development. We were looking for solutions to transform our business and structure the company.
We began our collaboration between 2019 and 2020.
At the start, we were facing a development deadlock, issues with organizing business processes, and the need to rebuild the team.
During our work, we structured the company, employees learned how to interact independently and solve current tasks, as well as propose ready-made solutions for company growth. We have exited about 70% of operational activities, expanded our sales markets, secured shelf space in all federal and regional chains in our region, and are preparing to enter other regions of Russia.
We completed a seven-month training program, but the support continues to this day.
We are very pleased with the course and the work done. It was highly educational, engaging, and inspiring. However, it is crucial to take the implementation of the acquired knowledge seriously and responsibly; otherwise, there won’t be any results.
