In September 2021, we decided to acquire consulting services from Nazin, including an audit of all departments, staff and owner training, the development of a functional structure, assistance in forming the company’s vision, mission, strategy, coordination, and statistics systems, and the implementation of all these systems into the company’s processes.

Over four months of intensive work, all the tasks were completed, which allowed the company to see impressive results even during the collaboration with Nazin: increasing company performance, reducing the need for deep involvement of owners in operational management, and having the resource of time to launch new projects, some of which have already been implemented.

What did like?

One of the most important outcomes of the collaboration was realizing the importance of the owner’s role in the company, not as an operational or commercial director, but as a driving force towards new horizons of growth, shaping the vision, and assembling an effective top-management team that shares the desire to achieve even the most ambitious goals.
