I came to Kristina with a request on how to structure our processes to scale the business. I needed to free up time for strategic marketing and developing the company in other regions. For this, we had to create a structure that would operate without my direct involvement.

We worked closely together for about two to two and a half years.

Since we began working with Kristina, our business has grown by 70%. In the first year, our turnover increased from 50 to 87 million euros. In 2023, the turnover reached 87 million euros, and we are aiming for 100 million euros this year. In 2023, we had 210 employees, and after process optimization, we now have 170. We have been in the market for 32 years, since 1993.
